  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the marinara sauce, heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce mixture and stir gently to ensure the pasta is evenly coated.
  5. In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer half of the spaghetti mixture. Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  6. Layer the remaining spaghetti mixture on top, followed by the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with olive oil until well coated. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the cheesy spaghetti.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
