  1. In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta cheese and Greek yogurt. Pulse until the mixture is creamy and smooth, ensuring there are no lumps. This may take about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Scrape down the sides intermittently to incorporate all ingredients fully.
  2. Add the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the processor. Continue to blend until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the dip is velvety in texture.
  3. Stop the processor and scrape down the sides as needed to ensure that all the feta and yogurt are well mixed for a uniform flavor.
  4. Once you’ve achieved a smooth consistency, add the chopped dill and parsley. Pulse a few more times until the herbs are evenly distributed throughout the dip.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice according to your preference.
  6. Transfer the whipped feta dip to a serving bowl. If desired, sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes, chopped olives, or a drizzle of balsamic reduction on top.
