Ingredients

4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup radicchio, thinly sliced
1 cup fennel bulb, shaved or thinly sliced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup homemade croutons
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Grate the Parmesan cheese and place small mounds on the parchment, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until golden and bubbling. Let cool until crispy.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine, radicchio, fennel, and cherry tomatoes. Toss gently to mix.
Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad, using half at first, then gently toss until all ingredients are coated.
Just before serving, sprinkle the homemade croutons and Parmesan crisps on top.
